Doc, what running shoes should I get?
Running is a very common sport and it can be done anywhere, anytime. The outfit required is minimal although the most important piece of equipment is the pair of running shoes. In the market, there are many brands and designs of running shoes giving the athlete a very wide choice but at the same time can be confusing.

Doc, should I exercise when I am sick?
The answer is a straight forward “No” to all with no exceptions. The objectives of exercise is to maintain a healthy body and a healthy mind and exercising when you are sick carries a significant risk of mortality and morbidity.
